Understanding the Secrets
of the Horse's Mind
Robert Miller, DVM
July 25, 2009, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
We are thrilled to
have Dr. Robert Miller, world renowned authority on
horse behavior and originator of foal imprinting, join us for an intimate
seminar on understanding the mind of the horse.
Dr. Miller is a speaker, lecturer and featured presenter at horse exhibitions, veterinary schools and veterinary meetings around the world. His many years as an equine veterinarian and student of the horse has given him a unique understanding of horse behavior and a keen sense of humor expressed through his veterinary cartoons and stories. Retiring from practice in 1987, he has been continuing his research, teaching, authoring several books and writing articles for major veterinary journals and horse magazines.
Dr Miller is best known for his scientifically
based system of training newborn foals, called
imprint training.
If done correctly, it is the fastest, and most profound method of permanently
shaping a horse's responses and attitude.
This is a unique educational opportunity that horse owners, veterinarians, trainers, farriers, breeders and anyone who works with horses, will not want to miss.
